Hi, we’re Jill and Keith, co-owners of Properties of JK LLC, a professional Short Term Rental co-hosting service based in Jim Thorpe. We live in downtown Jim Thorpe so we are readily available at a moment's notice. Together, we bring a unique blend of skills to deliver exceptional service for both property owners and their guests.
Jill’s 30 years of experience as a corporate flight attendant have honed her expertise in luxury service, attention to detail, and anticipating client needs. Keith's professional operational background at Apple and Tesla ensures innovative solutions and operational excellence that supports the customers overall experience.
Our combined experience provides us the ability to successfully manage our own five-star rental property in Jim Thorpe.
